1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return items purchased from Roohat within 30 days of the delivery date if they meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Receive a Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return, including the RA number on the package. Please ensure the item is in its original condition.
3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back. Once we receive it, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
